LİTİGATİON AND DİSPUTES

Aslan Law Fırm acts with the principle of resolving the legal disputes of its clients primarily by consensus without resorting to litigation. However, for disputes that cannot be resolved by consensus and in line with its clients' requests for direct judicial remedy Aslan Law Fırm performs all necessary legal procedures in the field of litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. In this context, our lawyers file lawsuits in all areas of judicial jurisdiction (civil courts) and administrative jurisdiction (administrative and tax courts), defend against the lawsuits filed and meticulously follow the entire judicial process.

EMPLOYMENT LAW

Our employment law practice has been a cornerstone of our firm since its establishment in 2001. It is noteworthy to state that Egemenoğlu is one of the few leading law firms in Turkey housing a team of lawyers fully specialized in employment law. The team collaborates with Human Resources professionals, in-house lawyers and executives to deliver legal advice to meet their workforce objectives.
